2:00 AM…the pain woke me up. Darn, what did I do this time? I had eaten very well, all safe stuff. I did not have marginal things that I can normally get away with…York Peppermint Patties or Healthy Choice Mocha Swirl (real low fat). All we can figure is that it is not good to eat a baked potato 15 minutes before going to bed. It is never a problem to eat chicken vegetable soup before bed. I have to carb up before going to sleep. Oh well, another thing on the list…no potatoes late at night.
